I began my career as a Program Director of a Martial Arts Academy for 8 years.
I was in charge of generating leads & revenue with a $0 marketing budget,
which caused me to place a supremely high value on word-of-mouth, referrals, and a positive online presence.
This laser-targeted focus on client experience resulted in consistently exceeding revenue goals by 20-40%,
often one of the top grossing/most profitable schools in the country...
All while I went to school part time & worked only 30-35 hours per week, compared to most others
in my same position working 40-50.
I eventually stepped down from my position in order to complete my education, and hold
a BS Degree in Business Administration, with a Concentration in MIS (Management Information Systems).

I then found myself in a completely different industry, and worked my way up from
Marketing Assistant to Marketing Manager. In my 5 years there, I helped grow their annual revenue from $11M (2013) to $40M (2018) - all while continuing to improve the company's ROI and cost per lead.
This was the other side of the "business development" coin I was missing from my previous sales-intensive position.
Now, I use my sales and marketing backgrounds to assist small businesses
and entrepreneurs in helping their dreams flourish.
